Acetaminophen / oxycodone is a combination medication used to manage mild to severe pain. It is a combination of acetaminophen, an analgesic that works to reduce pain, and oxycodone, an opioid narcotic that works to reduce coughing and relieves pain. ADHD). Fatal side effects can occur if you use opioid medicine with alcohol, or with other drugs that cause drowsiness or slow your breathing.
Is oxycodone with acetaminophen strong?
Percocet (oxycodone / acetaminophen) contains oxycodone, whereas Norco (hydrocodone / acetaminophen) contains hydrocodone. They are both strong opioids that work well to relieve short-term pain that isn’t controlled by non-opioid pain medications.
