Topped with Greek-inspired fixings, such as cucumber, tomato, onion, fresh and dried herbs, and olives, this wonderful dip is packed with flavor, making it a fun and elevated alternative to plain hummus. Greek-Style Loaded Hummus

Directions:
To make the hummus, combine the tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, and date in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Add the chickpeas and sea salt (if using) and blend again for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the hummus is very smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Spread the hummus on a large plate or bowl with low edges. Sprinkle paprika and dried oregano on top, then add the rest of the toppings. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
