I just love that anything that you’re going through, like, you know, I have kids too and one of my sons has been diagnosed with different things and instead of looking for that in medicine, looking for that in food and healing.
And I feel like also, as being a single mom, there’s so much on our plate and there’s so much information and confusion out there.
And to be able to have someone who says, let’s do it in a way where we’re not putting junk in our bodies, we’re putting something healing in our bodies.
His recipe books are a go-to for me. I love to make those things and have food to go to, to eat throughout the week.
And then just his positive attitude on everything, like when I go on my feed and I see him, he’s always talking about something that can help and better your situation whether it’s mental, physical, emotional.
It’s just like, from top to bottom, he’s got you, you know.
