Chaga Iced Tea

Chaga Iced Tea

Refreshing and reviving, this delicious Chaga Iced Tea is perfect for a hot day or simply for when you need a pick-me-up or a healing beverage that’s soothing for the body and soul.

Chaga strengthens the liver and the adrenals, making it more difficult for pathogens such as viruses and bacteria to survive inside the body.

Raw honey helps drive the medicinal properties of the chaga deeper into hard-to-reach places, enhancing body system functions.

Chaga Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp chaga powder
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 2-3 tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup ice, to serve
  • 3 strawberries, sliced, to serve
  • 3-4 lemon slices, to serve

Directions:

Place the chaga in a teapot or jug and pour hot water on top. Set aside until it has cooled to room temperature. Strain or leave as is. Stir in lemon juice and raw honey or maple syrup.

Divide the ice, strawberries and lemon slices between two serving glasses and fill with cooled tea. Serve immediately.
