This perfectly decadent yet healthy sundae is dairy free and fat-free and is a wonderful treat for yourself, family, and friends. So simple and easy to make, yet so divine. The topping options are endless and can include maple cream, dried mulberries, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, fresh berries, date syrup, maple syrup, raw honey, and dried fruit.
Ice Cream Sundaes

Directions:
To make ice cream, place the bananas and water in an MM1500 Juicer with ice cream attachment, Yonanas machine, or a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides and adding more liquid as needed.
Use super frozen bananas for a firm consistency or freeze for 2 hours and scoop between sundae glasses. Serve immediately with jam (that is free from citric acid & natural/artificial flavors) drizzled on top. Enjoy!
