Licorice Root Tea

This tea has a wide range of benefits, every one of them well received by the physical body, especially with the unique challenges presented to our health in this time of the pathogenic explosion. Licorice Root Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 licorice root tea bag or 1 tsp loose licorice root
  • 8 ounces hot water (purified or spring)
  • 1 tsp raw honey, or more to taste

Directions:

Place the tea bag or loose tea in a cup and pour hot water on top. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain. If the flavor is too strong for you, steep for 5 to 10 minutes instead.

Sweeten with raw honey to taste (if using). Serve immediately.
