Mango Nori Wraps
Ingredients:
Directions:
Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a chopping board with the long edge close to you. Squeeze just a few drops of orange, lemon, or lime juice onto the nori sheet and use your fingers to roughly spread the juice over the nori sheet so that it’s very lightly moistened.
Arrange ¼ of the mango slices, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, microgreens or sprouts, and herbs on one end of the sheet. Squeeze another drop or two of orange, lemon, or lime juice across the other end of the sheet; then roll up tightly. Cut the wrap in half.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve.
