Banana vanilla ice cream is topped with wild blueberry and peach jam, maple butter, and cherries in this delicious and pretty sundae.
Wild blueberries feed good bacteria in the intestinal tract, which benefits the liver greatly.
Peach skins cling to deep-seated pockets of debris; old, putrefied food; and mucus inside the small intestine and colon, driving them out to make room for friendly bacteria and microorganisms and allow for better nutrient absorption.
