Combine the frozen banana, fresh banana, 1⁄4 cup water or coconut water, and cinnamon or vanilla in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
In a serving cup or glass, layer the banana cream and peaches. Drizzle with raw honey (if using) and serve immediately.
