Spiced Chaga Apple or Pear Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized apples or pears, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp chaga
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves or nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth applesauce forms. Scrape down the sides as needed. Serve and enjoy immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container until needed.
