Warm Wild Blueberry Bowl
Ingredients:
Directions:
Heat the wild blueberries and maple syrup in a large saucepan until the blueberries are warm and soft, 6 to 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot powder with the cold water and add to the wild blueberries. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 2 minutes until the wild blueberry mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with fresh wild blueberries on top (if using).
